Kids are funny!
Sometimes kid logic (or lack thereof)just cracks me up. Jackie gave me a couple of good ones yesterday.
1: Jackie (tattling) "Mom! Justin's door is locked!"
Me " That's because he doesn't want you to bother him."
Jackie "But I'm NOT bothering him!" -Said as she is repeatedly yanking on the locked door handle!
Ten Minutes later....
"Mom, I'm Hungry. I need lunch."
Me pointing to clock on wall "Jackie it's not time to eat yet. It's not even ten-o-clock!"
Jackie looks at the clock for a minute then points to the one in the kitchen "OK, but what does THAT clock say?"
